Permits & schedule
We pull the permits, order materials and lock a start date. You get one point of contact.
Build & final
Clean, protected jobsite, regular updates, city inspections passed, and a final walkthrough with you.

Can you match a new patio to an ADU or addition?
Yes. We often finish an ADU or addition with the patio, walkways and landscape around it.
Do patio covers need permits?
Many do, depending on size and attachment. We'll tell you at the estimate and pull it if needed.
