How I got here

I learned it from my father

I'm Omer. I grew into this trade working on job sites next to my father, and we still build together. That's how I learned that the parts nobody sees, like the waterproofing, the framing and the prep, are what decide whether a remodel lasts.

A lot of our work over the years has been for high-end private clients across Los Angeles. On those homes, nothing gets past the owner: a tile cut that's off by a sixteenth, a cabinet door that doesn't line up, a caulk line that isn't clean. That's where our standards come from.

Why OD Building Development

I started OD to offer that same level of care to more homeowners: people redoing a kitchen, adding an ADU or finally fixing the bathroom, who want it done right without paying luxury-home prices.

We're not the cheapest bid, and we don't try to be. We price the job fairly for doing it properly, put every line in writing, and stand behind it. When you hire us, you get the family that runs the company on your job.
